I am a Certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance, a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation. I received my SoulCollage Facilitator training from Seena Frost, the originator of this powerful process.

I bring over 10 years experience in social services, serving people with AIDS, developmental disabilities, mental illness, and chemical addiction as well as other marginalized people. What I learned is that people have a deep well of wisdom inside themselves. I see our cultural values pushing us outward and away from the answers that already exist within. We are not taught to trust our inner knowing. We are taught to deny it.

I lost my leg in an auto accident when I was 17 years old. This experience has taught me a great deal about anger, denial, compassion, and limitations. I have learned that I am not defined by my body. My authentic self has nothing to do with what I look like. Every day I am given the opportunity to express myself through integrity and authenticity.
